We can also provide certain products unlabelled for resale, or alternatively unpackaged completely so you are able to label yourself.*

Each product has specific order quantities; prices are discussed depending on the required quantities. Please get in touch with us for individual quotations.

Aromatherapy oils can be supplied in high quantities; however the bottles come in specific sized boxes from our supplier; therefore wholesale order quantities must be in multiples of 30.
Minimum order quantity is 30 pieces.
Chosen scents and colours must be in multiples of 5; allowing for streamlined production.

An order of 30 aromatherapy oils is placed, and is required in 6 different scents; thus equalling 5 of each.

Made To Order Melts

Wax melts and snap bars in a variety of shapes and designs. Sold in larger quantities; perfect for favours and large scale distribution.

Order Specifics:

Wax melts are generally dependent on the size of the moulds, therefore we don't restrict the order multiple, with the exception of snap bars which must be ordered in multiples of 6.
Minimum order quantity is 50 pieces for wax melts and 24 for bars.
Chosen scents and colours must be in multiples of 20 for wax melts and 6 for bars; allowing for streamlined production.

Example:

An order of 100 custom wax melts is placed, and is required in 5 different scents; thus equalling 20 of each.

An order of 48 wax melt bars in clamshells is placed, and is required in 4 different scents; thus equalling 12 of each.

Bespoke Wholesale Orders

All other wholesale requirements are done on a bespoke basis, which can cover a wide variety of products.

Information:

Bespoke products include Scoopies mini packets, Scoopies in alternative designs, such as hearts etc, Essential candles with toppers, large wax slab sheets, Signature candles and custom creations.
Natural Lead Free Coated Wicks in all candle products.
Product Branded stickers
Fragrance Indicator Stickers as standard
Can be provided unpackaged or unlabelled for resale.

Order Specifics:

Scoopies mini packets - To be financially viable for wholesale, we require order multiples of 50 sachets, with a minimum order of 50 sachets. Scents/designs must be in quantities of 25 sachets.
For scoopies in alternative designs, these must in the same order quantities as standard Scoopies; however weights of the tins and tubs will vary depending on size and shape of the scoopies; due to them taking up more/less room than standard dots.
Essential candles with toppers are subject to the same order requirements as the standard candles.
Large wax sheets weighing approx 200g can be provided in whole and shard form. These are subject to a minimum order of 4 sheets and sheets can be done in individual numbers going forward. These are only provided in cardboard boxes for shipping.
For signature candles the minimum order is 10, with designs and scents being in multiples of 5. An advance lead time is needed for this item to ensure that our supplier has sufficient number of these borosilicate vessels.
For all other custom creations, please contact us and we can advise order quantities and minimums dependent on individual designs.

* For blank label products, we do however require that anybody reselling or using the products, indicates Invicta Aroma as the producer for the product with yourself as the distributor.
